Chan (the driver) arrived within the time slot and was very helpful and answered questions I had.

Booked storage at the last minute and got great service and response time.

Regarding Labels : It was tedious to find a place to print them, I suggest the labels are provided by lovespace and mentioned clearly on the website while booking that they will be provided by the company.

Every point of contact with Lovespace employees has been outstanding. Everyone has been very polite and friendly which helps a lot given that moving is just a generally stressful process.

Whilst unfortunately I cannot recall those I spoke to on the phone, I can recall the person who collected my belongings. Chan was polite, friendly and calm despite having to navigate my university accomodation's confusing layout, following my inefficent directions and waiting for me to allow him access inside.

This was my first time using Lovespace as I used a competitor before and the difference in service was like night and day. I understand why Lovespace posters are dotted around my accomodation - this service is fantastic especially for how much it all costs. I am very keen to continue using this service from here on!

Chan did a great job helping us move the boxes. He contacted us beforehand and moved everything quickly despite the heat!

Great service! Very fast and friendly.

The whole storage procedure can easily followed by steps, and the website design is very clean and clear. The customer service is really satisfying and patient. Have to specify the nice driver Taha who helped a lot. I was puzzeling about the lableling of suitcases as I was not aware that suitcase boxes are required, but Taha helped and made the whole collection process perfect.
